RESERVATIONS
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. It will not be charged until check out. For large parties, a 50% deposit is required to hold the appointment. Call us at 415 346 6281, or book online.
APPOINTMENTS
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please remember, if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Late or missed appointments will incur a fee up to the full price of the missed service(s).
SPA ETIQUETTE
Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate and refrain from using them in the spa. While we love our four footed friends, only service animals are allowed inside the spa. Children 12 years or older are welcome inside the spa. Please leave valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
PAYMENT
The Spa accepts all major credit cards and cash, NOTE: due to COVID, if paying in cash, please provide the exact amount as we do not have change. Treatments performed by Angelina are 30% higher. Therapists kindly accept gratuities in the form of cash or personal checks. All prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
All products sales are final. Unopened products may be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase.
